Our custom-made signs are carved on HDU (High-Density Urethane), a waterproof, insect-proof and fire retardant closed cell-foam. HDU (Signfoam or Precision Board) carves, machines and paints like timber. Weather is superior to timber as HDU will not crack, swell, split or rot in the elements. All signs are painted with a water-based, 100% acrylic paint with a 1 year guarantee against flaking, blistering or peeling.
